We have reached the end of our two week Summer Enrichment class. It was great experience!
Our final projects were culminating of all the color theory that the kids had been learning for the past weeks.
They learned about a few more color families; analogous, monochromatic, and complimentary, then were instructed to pick two combinations they liked.
They then chose an animal to draw and outlined it with permanent marker. It was copied three times, so they had four identical drawings.
Then they had to paint one drawing using warm colors, cool colors, then the two families they liked most.
Finally, they glued them all to a large piece of poster board.
What a great two weeks!
